Peter H. Batty, Broker and President - SBX Commercial Real Estate LLC
Peter was born in England and moved to the United States when he was 8 years old. He graduated from Babylon High School in Babylon, New York, and received a BS from Eastern Michigan University and a BA from St. Thomas University. Peter has been selling Real Estate in the Florida Keys since 1991, specializing in commercial real estate since 1998. He has sold numerous guesthouses (Red Rooster, The William House, The Angelina and Déjà vu), Hotels (Days Inn and Holiday Inn, Marathon), Restaurants (Antonia's and Sailfish), Marinas (Oceanside Marina and Munro Marina), and numerous commercial buildings, business opportunities, and industrial properties. Peter was the leasing agent, and instrumental in bringing the Limited, Banana Republic, and Coach to Duval Street. Peter is delighted to be the Broker and President of the Florida Keys only fully commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm.
